Admission Process: Steps to Follow

1. Upload Your O’Level Results

• Visit any JAMB-approved CBT centre to upload your O’Level results.
• Provide proof of this upload along with your JAMB CAPS admission status to the UNN Admissions Office.
• Failure to complete this step will delay or halt further processing of your admission.

2. Accept Your Admission on JAMB CAPS

• Log in to the JAMB CAPS portal.
• Accept the admission offer to proceed.
• Candidates who do not accept their admission will not receive a JAMB admission letter.

3. Generate a Payment Invoice

• Visit the UNN Portal and log in using your JAMB registration number.
• Generate a Remita payment invoice.
• Payments can be made at any commercial bank or the UNN Microfinance Bank.

4. Pay the Acceptance Fee

• The acceptance fee is ₦30,000.
• Ensure you use the correct invoice number when making the payment.
• Upon payment, collect the confirmation slip containing your Confirmation Number and Invoice Number.

5. Print Your Admission Slip & Complete the Acceptance Form

• Log in again to the UNN Portal.
• Enter your JAMB Registration Number, Confirmation Number, and Invoice Number.
• Print your admission slip and fill out the acceptance form.

6. Proceed with Additional Fees and Course Registration

• Visit the UNN official website for further instructions regarding additional fees and course registration.

Key Information for Admitted Candidates

• The admission offer is provisional.
• Any candidate found ineligible due to missing or incorrect qualifications will have their admission revoked.
• Admission must be accepted within two weeks of the official announcement.
• The final deadline for acceptance is Friday, 21st March 2025.
• Failure to meet the deadline will result in automatic forfeiture of the admission.
