- Time: 9:00 AM
- Venue: Matriculation Pavilion, UEE Campus
Ceremony Schedule
The day will unfold with a series of formal processions:
- Students’ Procession: 8:00 AM sharp
- Vice Chancellor’s Procession: Commences at 8:30 AM
All deans, directors, and departmental heads are expected to ensure that newly admitted students are assembled early and ready to participate.
Key Information for Students
To ensure a smooth and well-organized event, the university has issued several important notices:
- Lecture-Free Day: June 11, 2025, is designated as lecture-free for all first-year students. This allows full participation in the ceremony without academic distractions.
- Student Screening: All freshers must undergo screening conducted by their respective faculties. This process will run from Monday, May 26 to Friday, May 30, 2025.
- Eligibility for Participation: Only students who have completed their acceptance fee, tuition fee, and matriculation fee payments will be eligible to take part in the event.
- Registration Deadline: All payment and registration processes must be finalized by Friday, May 30, 2025. Failure to comply may lead to deferral or forfeiture of admission.
