Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery (TSCNM) Admission Form 2025
The Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery (TSCNM) has announced the commencement of its admission process for the Community Nursing Programme.

The admission forms will be accessible online from March 17, 2025, to April 10, 2025. Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for admission, applicants must meet the following academic and residency criteria:
- A minimum of three credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
- Mandatory subjects: English Language and Biology.
- One additional credit pass in either Physics or Chemistry.
- All required credits must be obtained in no more than two sittings.
- Only applicants from Taraba State are eligible to apply.
- Candidates using NABTEB results must combine only NABTEB results.

- Create an Account: Register with a valid email address and phone number.
- Log In: Use your newly created credentials to access the portal.
- Make Payment: Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000 via ATM card.
- Complete the Application Form: Carefully fill out the form, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Verify Submission: Double-check for errors before finalizing your application.
- Use a Valid Result Checking PIN: Ensure the O’Level result checking PIN has not been used more than three times.
- Print Required Documents: After submission, print the following:
- Payment slip
- Completed application form
- Acknowledgement letter
