Niger Delta University (NDU) Postgraduate Admission Form 2025
Niger Delta University is inviting applications from qualified candidates for admission into its diverse Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), Master’s, and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programs.
The admission form is sold for ₦30,000, and it can only be obtained through the official university portal.
NDU Postgraduate Admission Requirements
1. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
To qualify for a PGD program, applicants must:
- Meet the university’s general admission criteria, including O’Level credit passes in English Language and Mathematics.
- Hold a Third-Class Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
- Possess an HND certificate with at least a Credit-Level Pass from a recognized institution.
2. Master’s Degree Programs (M.A, M.Sc, M.Eng, etc.)
For Master’s degree programs, candidates must:
- Satisfy the university’s matriculation requirements, including O’Level credit passes in English and Mathematics.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates with a PGD qualification must have at least a Credit-Level Pass.
3. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
Aspiring Ph.D. candidates must:
- Fulfill the university’s admission criteria, including O’Level credit passes in English Language and Mathematics.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least a Second-Class Lower Division in a related field.
- Hold a Master’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.50/4.00 on a 5.00-point scale (or 60%).
Duration of NDU Postgraduate Programs
1. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
- Full-Time: Minimum of 2 semesters, maximum of 4 semesters.
- Part-Time: Minimum of 4 semesters, maximum of 6 semesters.
2. Master’s Degree Programs
- Minimum of 4 semesters, maximum of 6 semesters.
3. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
- Minimum of 6 semesters, maximum of 10 semesters.

Follow the steps below to complete your application successfully:
- Purchase the Application Form
- Visit www.ndufees.com and pay the non-refundable application fee of ₦30,000.
- Access the Application Portal
- Visit www.postgraduate.nduportal.com.
- Click on “Admission”, then select “Application”.
- Fill Out the Application Form
- Enter your mobile number and payment receipt number to access the form.
- Complete all required fields with accurate information.
- Upload Required Documents
- Academic Certificates (O’Level, B.Sc, M.Sc, etc.).
- NYSC Discharge, Exemption, or Exclusion Certificate.
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration.
- Other supporting documents as required.
- Submit and Print Your Application
- Review the details before submission.
- Print a copy of the completed form for future reference.
