Semester Kick-Off and Registration Details

• Resumption Date: The first semester officially begins on Monday, 2 December 2024.
• Registration Period:
  • All students, both National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) candidates, must start their semester registration on Monday, 2 December 2024.
  • Registration will close on Friday, 27 December 2024.

For Newly Admitted Students

• Acceptance Deadline: Fresh candidates must accept their provisional admissions no later than Friday, 5 December 2024.
• Important Warning: Failure to accept the offer or complete the registration process within the stipulated time may lead to forfeiture of admission.

Key Academic Activities and Deadlines

• Online Lectures for SIWES Students:
  • Students currently undergoing their Students’ Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) will have access to virtual lectures through approved platforms.
• On-Campus Lectures:
  • Physical lectures for all other students will commence on Monday, 16 December 2024.
• Mid-Semester Tests:
  • These are scheduled from Monday, 24 February to Saturday, 1 March 2025.
• Matriculation Ceremony:
  • New students will officially be inducted during the matriculation and oath-taking ceremony set for Wednesday, 3 April 2025.
