- NIN Slip: Your National Identification Number (NIN) slip.

- National Diploma (ND) Certificate: A copy of your ND results or certificate.
- Industrial Training (IT) Certificate: Evidence of completing a one-year IT programme.
- NBTE Payment Receipt: Proof of payment to the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).
- Screening Slip: Two copies of the slip generated during application.
