Eligibility for FUOTUOKE Post UTME
To be eligible for the FUOTUOKE Post UTME, candidates must meet the following criteria:
JAMB UTME Candidates
- First Choice Candidates: Applicants may apply if they achieved at least 140 points in the 2024–2025 JAMB UTME and chose FUOTUOKE as their first choice.
- Candidates for Change of Institution: If a candidate received at least 140 points in the 2024–2025 JAMB UTME, they may apply even if they did not originally select FUOTUOKE as their place of study. These applicants need to use the JAMB website to complete a Change of Institution to FUOTUOKE form.

How to Apply for FUOTUOKE Post UTME
The online application process for the FUOTUOKE Post UTME will be open from Thursday, 25 July 2024, on the University’s portal FUOTUOKE E-Campus Portal.
Steps to Apply
- Access the Portal: Visit the FUOTUOKE E-Campus Portal for the online application.
- Payment: Make a non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) using an Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit card.
- Upload Documents:
- Digital passport-size photograph (JPG format)
- Scanned copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ level result (PDF format)
- Scanned copy of LGA identification letter (PDF format)
- Scanned copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF format)
Important Instructions
- Use a digital passport photograph in JPG format.
- Submit a valid email address and personal phone number.
- Upload O’ Level Result(s) scratch card information. For candidates combining two O’ Level Results, upload both scratch card information.
Note: FUOTUOKE will not be responsible for unsuccessful applications due to invalid email addresses or telephone numbers. The deadline for submission of applications is 18 August 2024.
Post-UTME Screening Exercise Date
The date for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise will be communicated upon completion of the application process, on the PUTME Screening Schedule Printout.
