Eligibility Criteria for FUOTUOKE Supplementary Post-UTME
Candidates can apply for the supplementary Post-UTME if:

Additional Eligibility
Even if FUOTUOKE was not your initial choice, you can still apply, provided you scored 140 or above. However, you will need to change your institution choice to FUOTUOKE via the JAMB website.
For candidates who applied to FUOTUOKE previously but did not gain admission into their desired programme, there is an option to apply for a change of course. Just note that it may take up to 24 hours for any changes to reflect on the JAMB portal.
How to Apply
Follow these steps to complete your application:
- Payment: Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 via Interswitch using a Verve-enabled or MasterCard.
- Online Application: Proceed to fill out your application online on the FUOTUOKE eCampus portal.
Documents Needed for Application
To successfully apply, you will need to upload the following documents:
- A recent passport-sized photograph
- The original result printout from your 2024 UTME
- Your WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results
- A certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Birth certificate or age declaration document
