Admission Requirements

Before you rush into applying, make sure you tick off all the requirements. To be eligible for admission into any HND programme at GAPOSA, you must have:

• A relevant National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit
• The matching O’Level (SSCE) results for your chosen HND course
• At least one year of post-ND industrial training experience
• If you’re applying for HND Chemistry, having an ND in Polymer & Textile Technology (with at least Lower Credit) also makes you eligible

How to Apply

Applying is fairly straightforward, but make sure you follow the instructions carefully:

1. Visit the application portal:

2. Click on “Fresh Application”
3. Fill out the Basic Details Form (BDF)
4. Hit “CONTINUE”
5. If you’re ready to pay immediately, choose “PAY NOW”
   If not, select “SAVE & EXIT” and return later
6. Complete your payment
7. Go back to the portal, log in with your Application Number (Username) and Surname (Password)
8. Fill out the Detailed Application Form (DAF)
9. Enter all necessary personal, academic, and O’Level details
10. Upload a passport photo (must be in JPG format, 120×120 pixels, and no more than 20KB in size)
11. Click “Submit” to finalize your application
12. Print out your completed DAF for your records
