First Semester Overview – FUWUKARI 2024/2025

School Resumption

• Date: Tuesday, 13th May 2025
• Details: All students (new and returning) are expected back on campus.

Registration Period

• Duration: Tuesday, 13th May – Sunday, 8th June 2025
• Length: 4 weeks
• Note: Both freshers and returning students must complete course registration within this window.

Start of Lectures

• Period: Monday, 26th May – Friday, 22nd August 2025
• Length: 13 weeks of teaching

Continuous Assessment I (CA I)

• Date: Monday, 7th July – Saturday, 12th July 2025
• Duration: 1 week

Continuous Assessment II (CA II)

• Date: Monday, 4th August – Saturday, 9th August 2025
• Duration: 1 week

Matriculation Ceremony

• Date: Saturday, 5th July 2025 (Tentative)
• Note: This is the official welcome for newly admitted students.

SIWES Orientation (For Eligible Programmes)

• Date: Sunday, 7th September 2025
• Duration: 1 day only

Revision Week

• Period: Monday, 25th August – Saturday, 30th August 2025
• Purpose: A full week to revise before exams begin

Examination Period

• Dates: Monday, 1st September – Saturday, 20th September 2025

SIWES Industrial Training
