Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) Part-Time Degree Admission Form 2025

The Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) has opened applications for its part-time degree programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year.

These programmes are ideal for individuals who need the flexibility to balance their education with work, business, or other commitments.

Faculty of Arts

• B.A. in Arabic Studies
• B.A. in English and Literary Studies
• B.A. in History and International Studies
• B.A. in Islamic Studies

Faculty of Computing

• B.Sc. in Computer Science

Faculty of Management Science

• B.Sc. in Accounting
• B.Sc. in Business Administration

Faculty of Social Sciences

• B.Sc. in Criminology and Security Studies (Note: This is not open for Conversion Programme)
• B.Sc. in Economics
• B.Sc. in Political Science
• B.Sc. in Social Work
• B.Sc. in Sociology
• B.LIS in Library and Information Science

Step-by-Step Guide on How to Apply

1. Register with JAMB:
   All applicants, except those applying for the Conversion Programme, must register through the JAMB portal.
2. Complete Online Application:
   Log in using your JAMB registration number at the FULAFIA CCEPD Portal.
3. Payment of Fees:
   All payments must be made via the REMITA platform.
4. Application Fee:
   A non-refundable fee of ₦12,000 is required.
5. Conversion Programme Applicants:
   If applying for the Conversion Programme, you are expected to visit the CCEPD office directly for manual processing.

Entry Requirements

For 100 Level Admission (First Year)

• Five (5) credits at O’Level, including English Language and Mathematics.

For 200 Level Admission (Direct Entry)

• Candidates must have completed IJMB, ND, NCE, or a diploma from a recognized institution in a related discipline.
• In addition, they must fulfill the basic O’Level requirements listed for 100 Level admission.

For the Conversion Programme

• Holders of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited university are eligible.
• Must also meet the standard O’Level entry qualifications.

Duration of Programmes

• 100 Level Entrants: Expected to complete their programme in 12 semesters.
• 200 Level Entrants: The programme runs for 10 semesters.
• Conversion Students: The duration is a much shorter 4 semesters.

Important Dates You Should Know

The online application portal will be available from Monday, February 24, 2025, and will close on Friday, May 30, 2025. Make sure to submit your application before the deadline.
