Ekiti State University (EKSU) Announces 29th Convocation Ceremony 2025
Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, is set to host its 29th Convocation Ceremony, a grand event recognizing the achievements of graduates from the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 academic sessions.
This week-long celebration will feature a variety of academic, cultural, and sporting events, culminating in the official award of degrees, postgraduate diplomas, and honorary distinctions.

Collection of Academic Robes & Payment Instructions
Graduating students can pick up their academic robes from their respective faculty offices starting 17 March 2025. Payment for convocation items must be made through the EKSU online portal.
How to Make Payments on the EKSU Portal
- Go to the EKSU Portal
- Select “Certificate/Transcript” and create a profile
- Click “Apply for Certificate” and enter your graduation year
- Choose Degree Type (First Degree, Master’s, PhD, etc.)
- Click “Apply Now,” select the item, and proceed to payment
- Enter ATM Card Details and confirm the transaction
- Print the receipt for record-keeping
Important Notice: EKSU does not accept payments via third parties. Graduates must ensure all transactions are done personally and securely.
Certificate Collection Process
Graduates who complete their clearance and required payments can collect their certificates immediately after the convocation ceremony.
Final Payment Deadline: 24 March 2025 (Late payments may attract additional charges)

- Original Statement of Result/Notification of Result
- Student ID Card or Departmental Identification Letter
- Two Recent Passport Photographs
- Proof of Payment
- University Clearance Letter
