Edo State University Uzairue (formerly Iyamho) has kicked off its HND conversion admission for the 2025/2026 academic session, offering Higher National Diploma (HND) holders a chance to earn a full Bachelor’s degree in just two years.

What’s the HND Conversion Programme All About?

This programme is designed specifically for polytechnic graduates who want to bridge the gap between their HND and a university degree.

It leads to the award of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in various disciplines and is structured to run for 24 months (2 years).

What You Need to Qualify

Before diving into the application, make sure you meet the following conditions:

O’Level Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics.
• These must be from WAEC, NECO, GCE, or their equivalents.
• Results must be obtained in no more than two sittings.
• Your O’Level subjects must align with JAMB’s guidelines for your chosen programme.

HND Requirements:

• You must hold an HND with at least Lower Credit from a government-approved Polytechnic or Monotechnic recognized by the university.
• Proof of NYSC completion or an official exemption certificate is also required.
