1. Payment Requirement: Before you can get the form, a non-refundable fee of ₦5,000 needs to be paid.

2. After Payment: Once you’ve made the payment, you can go ahead and pick up the form from the office.

Transfer Fees

After your application is processed, there are specific fees based on the type of transfer you’re applying for:

• Inter University Transfer: ₦250,000
• Inter Faculty Transfer: ₦150,000
• Intra Faculty Transfer: ₦50,000
• Intra Department Transfer: ₦10,000
