Bingham University Releases Part-Time Degree Admission Form 2024/2025
Bingham University has opened applications for its part-time undergraduate programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Available Degree Programmes
The university offers a wide array of part-time degree options, all accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC). Here’s a list of programmes available for enrollment:
- B.Sc. Accounting
- B.Sc. Business Administration
- B.Sc. Economics
- B.A. English
- B.Sc. Mass Communication
- B.Sc. Political Science
- B.Sc. Sociology
- B.Sc. Computer Science
Additionally, candidates holding qualifications such as NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. can apply for Direct Entry into 200-level admission for selected programmes, including:
- B.Sc. Economics
- B.Sc. Mass Communication

Application Process
Interested candidates can apply by following these steps:
- Visit the Portal: Go to the Bingham University Part-Time Studies Portal.
- Create an Account: Use a valid email address to register and receive an activation link.
- Activate and Log In: Once your account is activated, log in to access the payment section.
- Pay the Fee: Select the “Pay with Remita” option to generate a payment slip. The application fee is ₦15,000 and is non-refundable. Payment can be made online or at any bank branch.
- Complete the Form: After payment, fill out the application form online and submit it.
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- O’Level Results: A minimum of five credits, including English and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings. Accepted exams include SSCE, WASC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, or TC II.
- A’Level Passes: Two ‘A’ Level passes along with five O’Level credits in relevant subjects.
Candidates must also satisfy the specific entry requirements for their chosen programme of study.
Programme Structure
The part-time programmes are designed for flexibility:
- Duration: Six years for courses that typically span four years in full-time mode.
- Class Schedule: Weekend classes allow students to balance education with other personal or professional responsibilities.
Submission of Applications
Once the online application is completed, candidates must:
- Print the Form: Click the “Form submission” button and print a hard copy of the completed application.
- Submit to the Office: Deliver the printed form to the Part-Time Studies Coordinating Office at Bingham University’s Karu campus.
Screening Schedule
Screening for all applicants will run from 13th January 2025 to 31st March 2025, starting at 9:00 am daily at the Karu campus. Applicants are required to bring the original copies of their credentials for verification.
