Benue State College of Nursing Sciences, Makurdi 2024/2025 Admission Form Now Available
The Benue State College of Nursing Sciences, Makurdi, has opened its doors for applications for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Aspiring candidates now have the opportunity to apply for the General Nursing Science Programme.
Admission Requirements for the General Nursing Science Programme
Candidates interested in enrolling for this 3-year programme must meet the following conditions:
- Educational Qualifications: Applicants must hold five credits in SSCE, GCE, WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, in no more than two sittings. These credits should include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Combination of Results: NABTEB results cannot be combined with any other exam board results.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Other Documents: A statutory declaration of age or birth certificate, along with a certificate of origin, is required.
- Photographs: Candidates must provide two recent passport-sized photographs.
Application Fees and Payment Process
The cost of the admission form is ₦15,000, payable through the following details:

Please note that payments through POS or cash will not be accepted.
Once payment is completed, candidates are required to present their teller at the Office of the Permanent Secretary in the Benue State Ministry of Health and Human Services to collect the admission form.
Form Submission and Aptitude Test Information
Once the form is completed, applicants should return it to the same office along with photocopies of all required documents.
The aptitude test will be conducted at the Benue State College of Nursing Sciences, Makurdi. Candidates are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before the test begins.
