The Osun State University (UNIOSUN) is now open for applications to its Pre-Degree Programme for the 2024/2025 academic year. This program is aimed at preparing students for entry into various undergraduate courses offered by the university.

General Admission Requirements

To be considered for admission, candidates need to have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects from O’Level exams like WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or their equivalents.

For Arts courses, English Language is required, while for Science and Social Science courses, both English and Mathematics are essential. Even if you have deficiencies in your O’Level results, you can still apply, but these must be resolved before the 2024/2025 admission process begins.

How to Apply

Interested applicants should head to the Uniosun Pre-Degree Portal to begin the registration process. Make sure to read the instructions thoroughly before proceeding.

A non-refundable fee of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) is required, which can be paid via the Remita Payment Gateway. Once your payment is complete, print the receipt. You’ll then use your UTME Registration Number and Payment Transaction ID to log into the portal and finalize your application.

Placement into Degree Programmes

Upon successful completion of the Pre-Degree Programme, students will need to sit for the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME and achieve satisfactory scores to be eligible for admission into a wide range of degree programs. Here’s a look at some of the available courses:
