This is to inform the public that the Akwa Ibom state polytechnic screening date for Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma candidates for the 2024/2025 academic session has been announced.
This is to notify all Full-Time applicants for the Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) who have registered for the 2024/2025 admissions to Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, that departmental screening of qualified candidates will take place from Wednesday, October 2, 2024, to Friday, October 4, 2024, per the approval of the institution’s authorities.
Screening Schedule
The screening will begin at 9.00 a.m. each day. Candidates are urged to visit their respective departments with authentic copies of their credentials for the exercise.
Required Credentials for screening
- The acknowledgement slip
- Photocopies of JAMB slip showing their photographs
- JAMB online result,
- Original copies of credentials (O’level results, birth certificate, LGA certificate).
HND REQUIREMENTS
- ND Statement of Result
- Acknowledgement Slip of form purchased.
- WAEC / NECO statement of results
- Letter of completion of industrial attachment.
ND REQUIREMENTS
- JAMB Online Print-out
- WAEC/NECO Statement of Result (s)
- Acknowledgement Slip of form purchased.
Successful candidates will obtain authority from their departments and proceed to pay their acceptance and school fees in the designated banks immediately.
