UNTH School Of Nursing Admission Form 2025
The University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) has kicked off its admission process for the 2025/2026 academic session into its School of Nursing.
If you’re planning to build a career in nursing, this could be your first big step.
Who Can Apply?
UNTH is welcoming applications from qualified candidates who wish to enrol in its three-year basic nursing programme.
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Have five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, or equivalent).
- Must have sat for the 2025 UTME and scored at least 160.
How to Apply for Admission
Getting started is pretty straightforward. Just follow these steps:
- Go to the official website: www.nursing.unth.edu.ng
- Follow the instructions on the homepage carefully to complete your application.
- After submitting your form online, print out your application slip and exam slip (photocard).
- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦20,000 online as part of your registration.
- Submit a hard copy of your filled application form, along with photocopies of your relevant documents, at the College of Nursing Sciences, UNTH, Enugu.
- You’ll also need to pay an extra ₦2,000 processing fee when submitting your documents physically.
Note: All online applications must be done at the College’s ICT unit in UNTH Enugu, or under their guidance.

- Sales of forms begin: Monday, 23rd June 2025
- Application deadline: Sunday, 3rd August 2025
- Written entrance exam: Saturday, 9th August 2025
- Venue for exam: School of Nursing, UNTH (Old Site), Enugu
What to Bring on Exam Day
On the day of the entrance exam, make sure to come prepared. You must bring:
- Pencil
- Eraser
- Ruler
- Pen
- Printed application slip
- Printed exam slip (photocard)
Important: No candidate will be allowed into the exam hall without these items.
Final Note
Only applicants who meet all the admission criteria and pass the entrance screening will be considered for admission.
