The College of Nursing Sciences, Mater Misericordiae Hospital, Afikpo, in Ebonyi State, has officially announced the sale of admission forms for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Who Can Apply?

To be considered for admission into CONSAF, here’s what you’ll need:

• Five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects (English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE – all in no more than two sittings.
• You must have scored 140 and above in the 2025 UTME.
• If CONSAF isn’t your first-choice institution, head over to the JAMB portal and update your profile. Choose College of Nursing Sciences, Mater Misericordiae Hospital, Afikpo as your first choice, and select Nursing as your preferred course.

Additional Entry Requirements

Applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
• Provide a valid birth certificate or age declaration (Note: baptismal cards are not accepted).
• Present a testimonial from your last school.
• A letter of recommendation from your parish priest or pastor.
• If married, submit your marriage certificate.
• Bring along original and photocopies of your academic and identification documents.
• Include three recent passport-sized photographs.
• Valid means of identification such as NIN, voter’s card, driver’s license, or international passport.
• Post-Basic candidates must include their nursing licence and certificates.

Application Process: Step-by-Step

1. Pay the application fee of ₦30,000 into the official school account:

2. After payment, send your proof of payment via WhatsApp to this number: 09022134128. You’ll receive your scratch card PIN in return.
3. Go to the college’s portal at www.consaf.edu.ng/apply
4. Use the scratch card details and your phone number to log in.
5. Fill out the online application form and print your exam slip.
6. On the exam day, come with:
   • Your printed exam slip
   • Proof of payment
   • Academic credentials
   • Change of institution slip (if applicable)

  Thursday 28th and Friday 29th August 2025
• Time: 8:30 AM
• Venue: CONSAF ICT Hall
• Format: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

Right after the entrance exam, interviews will follow immediately. Only applicants who meet the entry criteria and pass the CBT will be considered for final admission.
