Available Part-Time Undergraduate Programmes

You can now apply to study any of the following courses on a part-time basis:

• B.Sc. Biochemistry
• B.Sc. Microbiology
• B.Sc. Computer Science
• B.Sc. Mass Communication

Admission Categories & Fee Breakdown

1. Degree Conversion (For HND, Advanced Diplomas, ACA, B.A., B.Sc., etc.)

Duration: 2 academic sessions

Fee Structure:

• Application Form – ₦10,000
• Acceptance Fee – ₦30,000
• Tuition per session – ₦185,000
• Admin Fee – ₦20,000
• ID Card – ₦5,000
• Library – ₦10,000
• Medicals – ₦10,000
• Total: ₦230,000 per session

Additional Charges (Where Applicable):

• Lab Practical (Science & Mass Comm) – ₦45,000
• Accommodation for 2 weeks during revision/exams – ₦25,000 (Optional)

2. Regular Part-Time (For NCE, ND, Diploma Holders)

Duration: 4 academic sessions

3. SSCE Part-Time (For SSCE holders)

Duration: 5 academic sessions

Fee Structure (Both Categories):

• Acceptance Fee – ₦30,000 (payable to Access/Diamond Bank – Acct: 0032686983, McPherson University)
• Tuition (Sciences & Social Sciences) – ₦160,000
• Tuition (Humanities/Arts) – ₦140,000

• Library – ₦10,000
• Medicals – ₦10,000

• Total: Varies between ₦215,000 – ₦235,000 depending on your course

Mode of Study

You can choose between two flexible study schedules:

A) Weekend Classes

• Fridays: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

B) Weekday Classes (Monday – Friday)

This schedule includes all other standard fees like full-time students such as:

• Accommodation – ₦80,000
• ICT Development – ₦25,000
• Library Fees – ₦15,000
• Departmental Fees – ₦20,000
• Sports – ₦15,000
• Medical – ₦25,000
• Maintenance – ₦20,000
