If you’re aiming to further your education at Kwara State Polytechnic (KWARAPOLY), the HND application form for the 2025/2026 academic session is now available.

The institution is currently accepting applications into its Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes, covering both Full-Time (2 sessions) and Part-Time (3 sessions) options.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for any of the HND programmes, here’s what you’ll need:

• A National Diploma (ND) with at least Lower Credit in a related discipline.
• Five (5) relevant credit passes in O’Level (WASSCE, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB) — must include English and Mathematics — obtained in no more than two sittings.
• At least one year of relevant industrial training (IT) experience after ND.
• If your ND result was a Pass, you must show at least two years of work experience in the field.

Important: If you completed your ND in a field not related to your intended HND programme, or you’re switching disciplines, your application will not be accepted.

Special Conditions to Note

• Applicants must upload their ND and O’Level results during registration.
• Those waiting for O’Level results (e.g. Nov/Dec 2024 exams) are not eligible.
• HND Public Admin is not open to candidates who had ND in Mass Communication.
• Those with ND in Computer Engineering can’t apply for HND Computer Science or HND Electrical/Electronics.
• Transcript submission is mandatory — send yours to The Registrar, Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin.
• All Full-Time HND applicants must input the JAMB Reg. Number used during their ND programme.

How to Apply for KWARAPOLY HND Admission

Follow these steps to submit your application online:

1. Visit the portal at https://portal.kwarastatepolytechnic.edu.ng/app/apply.php
2. Click on “PORTAL”, select your preferred HND programme.
3. Fill out your personal and academic details as required.

Application Fee:

• N25,000 (excluding bank charges)
• Payment is made online through College Pay using a Debit/Master/Prepaid Card.

Deadline for Application

All applications must be completed on or before 31st July 2025.
