UCH Ibadan School of Anaesthesia Technician Admission Form 2025
The University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan has opened its application portal for the School of Anaesthesia Technician programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

What You Need to Apply (Entry Requirements)
Before you dive into the application, make sure you tick all these boxes:
- You must have five (5) credit passes in your SSCE (WAEC, NECO, or GCE O’Level) — all from not more than two sittings and from the same examination body.
- The required subjects are: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Age matters too — applicants must fall within the 18 to 30 years age bracket.
Programme Duration
The training is full-time and lasts for three (3) years. By the end of the programme, graduates will be qualified to work as Anaesthesia Technicians, providing support services under the guidance of licensed anaesthetists in clinical settings.
How Much Does It Cost?
- The annual training fee is ₦200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Naira).
- This fee also covers a developmental levy.
- Take note: The training is non-residential, meaning institutions can sponsor students, but accommodation is not provided.
How to Apply – Step-by-Step Guide
Ready to apply? Follow these steps carefully:
- Head over to the UCH schools’ portal.
- Click on the “Remita Payment” button and make a non-refundable application fee payment of ₦20,000.
- After payment, sign up on the portal using your RRR number, email address, and password used during payment.
- Log in with the same credentials to continue the application.
- Download the Applicants’ User Guide for more detailed instructions.
- Print out two copies of your application form and photocard. These documents must be presented on the exam day.
Note: The examination date will be announced directly to applicants once it’s scheduled.
