Eligibility Requirements
One-Year Programme

Diploma in Community Health or Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) Certificate

Five credit passes in SSCE (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)—maximum of two sittings. Required subjects:

Biology

Chemistry

Physics

First degree, HND, or PGD in relevant fields such as:

Valid practicing license from the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN)

Obtain an RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) from the College of Community Health, JUTH.
