Expected Attendees
The following groups are required to be present at the event:
- Members of the Senate
- University Management Team
- Deans and Directors
- Heads of Departments and Service Divisions
- Faculty Officers
- Student Representative Leaders
- All matriculating students
Seating Arrangements and Participation
- All attendees must be seated by 9:30 a.m. sharp to ensure the smooth running of the event.
- Attendance is mandatory for all newly admitted students, as it signifies their official induction into the university community.
