Kwara State College of Health Technology (KWACOTECH) Admission Form 2025
The Kwara State College of Health Technology, Offa (KWACOTECH), has begun accepting applications for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Interested candidates can now submit their applications online through the institution’s dedicated portal.
Application Process
All applications must be completed online, and payments should be made via the portal using an ATM card. Below is a step-by-step guide to applying:
How to Apply
- Access the Portal: Visit the official application platform.
- Provide Personal Details: Enter your surname, first name, middle name, email (Gmail only), and phone number.
- Email Verification: A confirmation link will be sent to your Gmail. Click on the link to verify your email.
- Continue Your Application: If you have already started the application, log in using the provided link.
- Upload a Passport Photograph: The image must be clear and should not exceed 25KB.
- Make the Necessary Payment: Fees vary based on application type:
- ND Processing Fee: ₦15,000 (For National Diploma courses)
- HND Application: ₦15,000
- Other Applications: ₦15,000
- Print the Payment Receipt: Keep a copy for reference.
- Complete the Application Form: Fill in your course preferences and academic qualifications.
- Print Required Documents: Ensure you have your completed application form, acknowledgment/exam permit slip, and referee form.
- Make Personal Payments: Do not allow third parties to handle payment on your behalf.
Important Notes
- Public Health Nursing is exclusively for nursing school graduates.
- Public Health Technician is open to secondary school leavers.
- Some National Diploma (ND) programmes require participation in the 2025 UTME.

Admission Requirements
National Diploma (ND) & Certificate Programmes
Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB, including:
- Mathematics
- English Language
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
Some courses accept an additional subject from Economics, Geography, or a Nigerian language.
Higher National Diploma (HND) Requirements
- National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field with at least a Lower Credit.
- Five (5) relevant O’level credits.
- Completion of a one-year Industrial Training (IT) programme.
Pharmacy Technician Certification
The Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) has approved a refresher course for Pharmacy Technicians who graduated before 2017. Successful candidates will be eligible for Direct Entry admission into pharmacy degree programmes in Nigerian universities.
Remedial Studies
Candidates who do not meet the required O’level credits can enroll in a six-month remedial programme. Admission into the College of Health Technology is automatic upon:
- Attaining a minimum 2.0 CGP in remedial subjects.
- Successfully clearing all O’level deficiencies.
