The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) has released its primary admission list for the 2024/2025 academic session.

This list features the names of candidates granted provisional admission into various undergraduate programmes at the institution.

How to Check the UNN Admission List

The admission list is now available online. Follow these steps to confirm your status:

1. Visit the UNN Admission Portal.
2. Download the full list of admitted candidates by accessing the UNN Admission List PDF.

Next Steps for Admitted Candidates

If your name appears on the list, you’ll need to complete the following steps to finalize your admission:

1. Upload O’Level Results to the JAMB Portal

• Go to a JAMB-approved CBT centre and upload your O’Level results.
• Submit proof of the upload and your updated admission status on JAMB CAPS to the Admissions Office at UNN.
• This step is crucial; your admission will not be processed without this upload.

2. Accept Your Admission on JAMB CAPS

• Log in to the JAMB CAPS portal and accept your admission offer.
• Failure to accept the offer will result in not receiving your JAMB Admission Letter.

3. Pay the Acceptance Fee

• Access the UNN Portal using your JAMB registration number.
• Generate a payment invoice with a Remita number.
• Pay the acceptance fee of ₦30,000 at any commercial bank or the UNN Microfinance Bank.
• Collect a confirmation slip that includes your Confirmation Number and Invoice Number.

4. Print Your Admission Slip and Fill Out the Acceptance Form

• Log in to the UNN Portal using your JAMB registration number, Confirmation Number, and Invoice Number.
• Print your admission slip and complete the acceptance form online.

5. Complete Additional Payments and Registration

• Follow the instructions on the UNN website to make other required payments and complete the registration process.

Important Notes

• Your admission offer is provisional until all verification processes are completed.
• If it is discovered at any point that a candidate does not meet the minimum entry requirements, the admission will be withdrawn.
• Candidates must accept their admission within two weeks of this announcement, which means the deadline is Monday, 9th December 2024. Failure to comply will result in forfeiting the offer.
