Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY) HND Admission Form For 2024/2025

Osun State Polytechnic, Iree (OSPOLY), has reopened its portal for Higher National Diploma (HND) applications for the 2024/2025 academic session.

This decision comes after requests from applicants who missed the October screening. The application window will remain open for one week, allowing fresh candidates to apply.

According to the Registrar, Prince Abiodun Oyedele Oloyede, those who missed the Computer-Based Test (CBT) should prepare for a rescheduled test in two weeks. Specific details regarding the new test date will be announced soon.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Hold a National Diploma (ND) in the desired field with at least a Lower Credit from an NBTE-accredited institution.
2. Have a minimum of one-year post-ND industrial work experience.
3. Special Consideration: Candidates with an Ordinary Pass in their ND and at least two years of post-ND industrial experience may also apply.

Specific Entry Requirements by Faculty

• Science Laboratory Technology:
  Five O’Level credits, including English, Mathematics, Chemistry, and any two from Physics, Biology, or Geography.
• Food Technology:
  Five O’Level credits, including Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Biology.
• Mass Communication:
  English, Mathematics, Literature, and any two from Government, Economics, or ICT.
• Engineering Programmes:
  English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry are mandatory. One additional credit can be from Technical Drawing, Biology, or Economics.

• All applicants must personally complete their application forms. Third-party submissions are not allowed.
• Ensure the National Diploma programme was NBTE-accredited.
• After paying the acceptance fee, changes to the selected course are not permitted.
• Provide accurate and functional contact details during the application process.
