The Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi (FUTIA) has announced the release of its supplementary Post-UTME application form for the 2024/2025 academic session.

This opportunity allows eligible candidates to apply for a range of programs offered by the university.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for admission, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• UTME Score: Applicants need a minimum score of 160 in the 2024 UTME.
• First-Choice Update: Candidates should update their first-choice institution to FUTIA on the JAMB CAPS portal.
• Academic Qualifications: At least five relevant credit passes, including English and Mathematics, achieved in no more than two sittings in SSCE or an equivalent exam.
• Awaiting Results: Those with pending results may also apply but must upload their O’Level scores on the JAMB portal when available.

How to Register for the Supplementary Post-UTME

The registration process is now open and will close on Friday, November 29, 2024. Follow these steps to complete your application:

1. Access the Application Portal
   Go to the FUTIA application portal and click on “Click here to apply.”
2. Select Program Type
   Choose “Undergraduate” from the options provided.
3. Enter Basic Information
   Use your JAMB registration number and click “Continue” to proceed. Provide your contact details, including a valid phone number and email address, and click “Next.”
4. Process Payment
   On the payment page, select “Make Payment” and enter your ATM card details (MasterCard, Visa, or Verve). Submit, then enter the OTP code sent to your phone to complete the payment.
5. Complete the Registration
   After payment, return to the portal, select “Main login,” enter your JAMB registration number, and use your surname as the password. Fill out the registration form and print both the completed form and your payment receipt.

Important Reminders

• Acceptance Period: All admission offers must be accepted within four weeks of the offer date.
• O’Level Upload: Ensure your O’Level results are uploaded on the JAMB portal at an authorized CBT center.
• Avoid Third-Party Agents: FUTIA does not authorize sales agents or individuals for admission assistance. For official information, refer only to the university’s website.
