Apply For Kaduna State University (KASU) Part-Time Degree Admission Form 2024/2025
Kaduna State University (KASU) is now accepting applications for its Part-Time Degree Programmes for the 2024/2025 academic year.
Prospective students have from October 24 to November 24, 2024 to apply for a variety of courses across different disciplines.
These programs, provided by the College of Basic Studies & Continuing Education, cater to a broad range of academic interests, including Arts, Social Sciences, Science, Computing, and Management Sciences.

Entry Requirements
General Requirements
All candidates need a minimum of five credits in relevant subjects on their SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination), including English and Mathematics, achieved within two sittings.
Direct Entry Requirements
Candidates opting for Direct Entry must meet the general five-credit requirement and additionally present ‘A’ Level points or related qualifications (e.g., NCE, Diploma) for admission into 200-level courses.
Top-Up Candidates
Applicants for Top-Up entry must have five credits, including English and Mathematics, and hold a Higher National Diploma (HND) with Credit or a Bachelor’s degree (Third Class). These qualifications grant admission into 400-level courses.
Duration of Programmes
- 100-level entrants: Minimum of five academic sessions
- 200-level entrants: Minimum of four academic sessions
- 400-level entrants: Minimum of two academic sessions
Upon fulfilling all program requirements, graduates will receive either a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in their chosen field of study.
How to Apply for KASU Part-Time Degree Programmes
Follow these steps to submit your application:
- Visit the Application Portal
Access the official KASU application portal. - Check Course Requirements
Click on “More information” beside each course to view specific requirements, fees, and application deadlines. - Start Your Application
Select “Apply Now” to begin the process. - Sign In or Register
- Existing users: Choose “Login with Google.”
- New users: Either “Sign up with Google” or manually fill out the registration form.
- Proceed with Application
Once logged in, select “Proceed to application form” to continue. - Complete Payment
Follow the provided steps to pay the application fee. - Verify Payment Status
Check the “Transaction history” tab on the portal to confirm payment completion. - Submit Your Application
- Review your application by clicking “Preview & Submit.”
- If changes are needed, select “Update form.”
- When ready, click “Submit form” to finalize your application.
